Refunds will only be accepted if the product is not properly delivered and installed on your system, and must be requested within 7 days of the original order. Simply contact us at support@hifisim.com to request a refund and include your order details and specifics about why you cannot receive the software or install it. If attempts to solve any such problems are not successful we will promptly issue a refund.

After purchasing software, your download link will be available for 3 days after purchase after which time it will expire. We highly recommend that you make a backup of this file and the supplied registration key so you may re-install it as required.
